Minor bug fixes and suggested tweaks..

1. You never have to see the VR (Tutorial) LVL again after 1 play through (hurrah)..
2. Getting hit by a Bike doesnt hurt as much as a Car (Obviously)..
3. More 'time' to get to the Invite Customer.
4. Added a Jingle if you complete a daily objective..
5. Overall more 'Faster' and 'Challenging' ..
