Artifacts are added, Balls of the Duck V32

I added 3 artifacts, but what are artifacts. Well there new unique items that can change your attack, speed,  mana and cost of attacks. Two of them are from bosses while the other is from a common enemy but is rare compared to the other ones. To go with one of them I added some unique diologue during combat and a new sprite for it. I also fixed a bug related to the combat text for the normal attack not appearing after you open the menu.
