After a break from anything LARS, I've finally changed the wording on the Full Tech action to be fully accurate to core rules, and the 2.0 zip has been replaced by a 2.0.2 zip. Multiple people rightly pointed out that the previous wording only accounted for repeating quick techs via full tech, which left out that players can also perform two different quick techs as a full tech. I applaud you all on your keenness!
This is a detail I didn't address in the initial 2.0 release because, frankly, I wanted to get something out the door before my brain turned to mush from staring at the same 2 pages of words for days on end. I'm happy to have it resolved now.
