Well, my submission for the game jam is done. And just in time too -- I have no more time.
I was working on a nice pseudo-fluid flow simulation to fill the pipes, but that was not to be. Instead, I egregiously faked it all by setting up a win check in the level description.
However, this version does have game states and pipe-laying states working, along with instructions. There's a bug with the slime level reset, but I'm not going to fix it now...
