Better Attacks, Balls of the Duck V28

I made it so that you can select 2 diffrent special attacks and I'm planing on adding a easy to get second special attack. I also removed the cost of attacks but I made it weaker. Finaly, I added a new command called ballars which just give you Ballars (money).
