Further Improvements ahead of IMG 27

Features included in this update ahead of the IMG27

• Updated UI graphics to use a more polished image,
• Updated research UI basic visuals (animation  todo still),
• Updated world map to show all 5 regions, add region unlock UI screen

Features that I worked on but are not yet included

• Updated shop visuals 
• Updated objectives logic
