Post-Jam Update with Minor Bug Fixes

Thank you so much to everyone who rated my game and to everyone who left helpful feedback!
I never would have expected to reach 3rd place in my first game jam.

I plan to keep developing this game further (more details below). For now I have prepared a small update with minor bug fixes and a playable lockout screen for DMG users. So no need to replay this version, if you have already played the game jam entry version - unless you just want to visit the island again :)

Update:

• Added a playable lockout screen for the classic Game Boy (DMG)
• Fixed a small graphic glitch of Yori in the village
• Fixed a menu bug, which appeared when the player reached the highest upgrade level
• Fixed the color of a few pixels
• Disabled wall jumping for the left and right border of each area.

Things I might add in the future:

• More islands with villages to populate
• More cosmetic items
• Post game content: villagers ask you for favors
• Additional islands for exploration / finding resources
• More true platforming sections
• More skills

• Extend coconut counter to 999
