Week 11 version - bugs remian

New Updates: 

• Updated new levels, new covers and new animations. 
• Updated sorting layers.
• Removed some UI abilities.
• Added shining outline to show interactivity. 
• Added post-progress visual effect.

Bugs remain:

• UI - wrong tooltips
• SFX - missing footsteps, car sound, trolley sound
• Character - missing NPC

Planning to-do:

• UI - skills progress bar 
• Function - Effects of Medicine and Patient
• Function - Effects of patient death
• Function - Dialogue system
