Demo Update 1.0.7

This update adds a lot of quality-of-life changes and small changes to the game's mechanics, as well as incremental improvements and bug fixes.

• Added a master volume setting
• Added a toggleable enemy stomp marker
• Added a screen shake effect
• Added 2 new achievements
• Redesigned stomp mechanic with combo system
• Enemy AI now works out of player view
• Fixed the possiblity of getting stuck in a toilet paper pathway in level 3
• Changed level button display format
• Other small improvements
