Base Building - Tech Demo - Dev Log v0.04

Hello everyone!

v0.04 of the Tech Demo for Tendrils And Plates is now available to download and try out.

New feature is the beginnings of Base Construction! Place a Blueprint... drop items over that blueprint... construct it... then enjoy.

Two Buildings are available for construction:

- Basic Forge - Can refine Asteroid Rocks into Asteroid Bricks.

- Asteroid Rock Wall (Small) - Protect your base with this most basic defensive structure.
