Gameplay engine update

Gameplay engine now loads projects and allows campaign and level selection. A lot of gameplay systems need work before games made with RTS Builder Classic will work properly but building a project is fully functioning and users can build a whole RTS in preparation for gameplay functionality full debug. We will update again when we have the gameplay engine more thoroughly tested and polished :)
