beta-1.2.1: Fixed health displaying 1 when dead

Bug Fixes

• Fixed the bug where health was displayed as 1 despite the 'GAME OVER' panel popping up. The health was actually 0, but displayed incorrectly. This has been fixed by removing a redundant piece of code that set the health to 0 if it got below 0 (it was redundant because this effect was achieved when the player collided with the triangle by forcing a minimum value of 0).
