Bug Fixes for 1.0.0.1

• Fixed an issue when loading a new audio files after having already saved or opened a transcription file. This issue cause the transcription file to be overwritten when saving. This no longer occurs now and creates a new transcription file if working with a new audio file

Other Issues

• There seems to be an issue when attempting to use the Load from Youtube feature.
  
  • For some reason on MacOS and potentially Linux, the file refuses to be converted to an MP3 correctly after being downloaded.
  • This might be due to needing to install ffmpeg, but this needs further testing and clarification.
  • If you're using MacOS or Linux, please visit https://ffmpeg.org/ for instructions on how to download ffmpeg for your operating system.
  • Otherwise, everything else in TranscribeMusic should work as expected
