Playable Browser Version (and more bug fixes)

Hey there!  So  after some time we have a working version  of the game for the browser!

WARNING: the paint tool is actually horribly optimized on the browser so uh don't expect to make the Mona Lisa or something like that.

Also the html version of the game is slightly different the windows version so expect a couple weird things to show up. 

Also Also theres a couple changes to Windows

Changes and fixes for  windows version:

-Removed some old code for enemies and powerups

-Enemies will actually despawn now if they are knocked away while still offscreen.

-Sorry to any person that got a  5367 score!
