First small patch

First small update right after first release. Decluttering the UI a bit.
Version 14:
- removed the continue button from main menu to not confuse players
- Didn't do anything yet, will be reimplemented later
- removed the Debug stuff in the Hud
- added a save button in the hud
- added a save button in the menu
