Greetings, fellow brawlers,
We have some awesome news for you: we have just launched a new update for our 2D arena brawler game. This update is packed with some cool stuff and some not-so-cool stuff (we’re looking at you, bugs). Here are the main changes:
- Animation fixes: We have fixed some issues with the animations of the characters and the weapons, making them less janky and more snappy. No more moonwalking or sliding on the floor like a penguin.
- Sound effects: We have added more sound effects to the game, such as footsteps, impacts, explosions, and more. We have also fine-tuned the existing ones to make them more realistic and immersive. Now you can hear every punch, kick, slash, and blast in glorious stereo sound. And yes, we have added a scream for your amusement.
- Screenshake: We have added a screenshake effect when explosions occur in the game, adding more impact and excitement to the gameplay. Don’t worry, it’s not too intense. You won’t get motion sickness or lose your lunch. Unless you had a really big lunch.
- Moon graphic: We have improved the graphic of the moon in the background, making it more detailed and atmospheric.
- Tint color: We have added a tint color feature to the game. The tint color will remain in the game, making it easier to identify your character and your teammates. Or your enemies, if you’re feeling sneaky.
- Bug fixes: We have fixed various bugs that were affecting the game We won’t bore you with the details, but trust us, they were annoying.
- Polishing: We have done some additional polishing to the game, such as improving the lighting, the camera movement, the particle effects, and more. Nothing major, just some minor tweaks to make the game look prettier and run smoother.
We hope you enjoy this update and have fun playing our game. Please let us know your feedback and suggestions in the comments. Thank you for your support! And remember: don’t let anyone tell you that violence is not the answer. In this game, it totally is.
