Patch Notes, v0.2.3

Features:

• improved loop controls, more visible and can be moved and resized with mouse
• added loop controls to note pattern editor
• show basic controls in settings menu

Changes:

• horizontal scrolling is faster and aligned with beat width
• show events in quantized state when moving on timeline
• use « all sounds off » rather than « all notes off » when stopping playback

Bugfix:

• label text disappearing on playback controls
• playback looping with wrong interval
