Added a Development Build

Hello Palantir users!

I added a development build which contains new features in development which are not yet officially released (i.e. there might be edge cases that don’t work properly yet and/or bugs) in case you want to try them out and give feedback on them.

I will update them at my own discretion and without any announcement on the itch.io page but will announce new builds in the the #devtools-palantir channel on the DragonRuby Discord server. So say hello if you like!
