0.6.7 - Fixes, Chain Collars

Here are some fixes to game-breaking bugs introduced in last update. Ropes were getting locked in some cases because some things weren't set up correctly. Whoops! Also, I managed to add a new layer for images so that chain collars could be added to hogtie and suspension. Now they're consistent with how the basic tie was done.

• Added Chain Collars for hogtie
• Fixed a bug which would make bindings locked if the locked property carried over between escapes, resulting in things like locked ropes.
• Fixed a bug where unlocking wouldn’t work when mittens started as off.
