Minor bugfix release, and now using Itch uploader

This is a fairly small release (the old version was 1.1.0, this one is 1.1.1) with fixes for two reported bugs:

• A game freezer in Zanders Guild Shop that was affecting some people.
• A weird graphics glitch that sometimes appeared after several game loads.

What may perhaps be more noticeable though is that this release of Minima tries to work better with the Itch.io app and made use of the Itch.io butler command line utility to perform its uploads. Downloads are now split by platform and include documentation automatically. This should make any future updates easier and faster for folks who are using the app.
