The $102 Adventure Jam is now completely over, and I ranked 6th. I'm quite happy with the result, considering I delayed everything and most of the game was created in the last week or so of the jam. I'm in good company!
Anyhow, I've made another update with some more quality-of-life improvements, hopefully making the game and the choices clearer. I've also added sound effects and one more animation. If I've got a good reserve of frustration, the next update will be fixing the walkcycle (walkcycles are the WORST!), but aside from that and fixing the immediate room transition in the overworld screen (still can't figure that out), there probably won't be a lot of other updates.
Everyone enjoy, and please leave some feedback, I can't improve if I don't know what to improve!
