No more timers

A minor update but with some highly requested features. As always, tell me your thoughts in the comments:

• Removed timers: No more need to wait while drawing new cards or settings up buildings
• Configure zoom direction: Reverse zoom direction in settings
• Remove random card choice
• Add debug options to menu: Reset and cheat research points in settings
