Quick fixes:
-Added dialogue skipping
-Vital text can no longer be interrupted
-Fixed double jump(probably)
-Robert can no longer jump after exiting a steam vent, updated level to accommodate
-Fixed not being able to jump in rare cases
-Ground only starts rising after reading the related text so the screen shake doesn't make it unreadable
-New calculation method for fall detection, should be way more consistent now
-Cleaned up some code
-Added intro for first level
-Fixed a text box not disappearing at the end of the demo
-Added more dialogue
