Inventory system update with minesweeper

The inventory system code was updated. Item can now affect other items. This will add more strategy when setting up the inventory.

• Upgraded the item code
• Item can affect each other (ex: disable surrounding batteries)
• Change the UI of the components
• Change the tool tip for items
• Added new items
• Items now have rarity
• Increase map size
• Changed the main menu
• Added a new mining map

The next update will focus on adding more items and different maps. There might be update in random encounter.
