Deliver Us From Evil v1.02 Patch

Deliver Us From Evil has been patched to v1.02, with a couple of minor changes based on feedback and my own observations.

Changes:

• You can now turn while on ladders
• The sound when pushing boxes is shorter and quieter
• Removed a misplaced background tile on Level 11
