We have made a number of developments since last week. As mentioned in our devlog last week, we had a change in game concept and first two devlogs have been changed based on the new game concept. We have developed a rough prototype to test the core mechanics of the game. We also made a Jump SFX which are already implemented in the prototype.
A lot of the existing mechanics are subjected to change. We already had a plan to change jump button, so it cannot be held anymore, instead we will increase the window to jump or wall jump to make it easier but not too easy or too hard to time. Speeds and momentum are experimental, and will be changed accordingly to fit the level design. Please note that the level shown in the prototype is for testing only and not an actual level.
