v1.02 post-jam release

Notable improvements in this post-jam release:

• Supports entering/exiting fullscreen.
• A simple GameOver panel allowing for restart.
• Player animation sprites that were left unimplented have now been implemented.
  
• Icon sprite that was in the codebase but not implemented has now been added to the Windows export.
  

The code is now Open Source (MIT) following a complete refactor/rewrite of the codebase. Find it on GitHub.
