Update Dev 1.3

Hello there, in this update a few things have changed.

BUG FIXES:

1. Bug that caused the cursor to not be visible after player finished the game is now fixed.
2. Grammatical errors in notes are now fixed

IMPROVEMENTS  & CHANGES:

1. Added a new room in Sector II and updated the map accordingly.
2. Changed the reception room.
