Slime Runner Patch Notes
v1.6 Patch Notes:
- Changed the name of the project to Slime Runner.
- Updated the game menus to include the new game name.
- Updated the Options menu to be more visible for the player.
- Updated the How To Play menu with animated buttons.
- Removed the secret code in the Win menu.
- Updated the Win menu with more button options.
- Updated the game menus with a fade-to-black animation for smoother transitions when opening a level.
v1.5 Patch Notes:
- Fixed the lighting to make the level brighter.
- Set the game music to loop for longer gameplay sessions.
v1.4 Patch Notes:
- Added a win condition when the player reaches a specific score.
- Updated the ground with a different texture.
- Updated the credits with another outsourced asset pack.
- Updated the score UI to be more visible to the player.
- Updated the game lighting to make it brighter.
v1.3 Patch Notes:
- Updated the obstacle asset to be a skateboard with a bouncing mechanic when the player lands on top.
- Added a new collectible that can be collected when the player bounces off the skateboard.
- Added a background with playground-themed assets.
- I updated the credits to include myself.

- Added an options menu to adjust the music and effects volume.
- Added a credits menu to reference all the outsourced resources to make this project.
v1.1 Patch notes:
- The Jelly character now plays a cute SFX when it jumps.
- The Jelly Hit animation is now more wholesome. The Jelly will now flinch instead of de-solidifying when hit.
- The asset used for the obstacle looks more like a stone.
- The SFX when collecting an item or getting hit by an obstacle will only play once now.
