'Current rules'

Hello!
Today I have added the most current version of the rulebook. It has been restructured and modified in several places... but it is the same game as before, using the same components. 

This rulebook may still be modified further - especially if we will find any mistakes or errors. Having said that, this is the current state of the rules. Certain changes from previous iteration have been highlighted in yellow. Those are not the only changes from "April version" however.
