Mini update

Just done a small overhaul of the core rules PDF for Painflail!

Changes:

• All example images now use the 10mm Terrors decal set
• Advice added on enemies who use ranged attacks - see last para of ranged weapons section
• Additional Omen usage added: burn an omen to take an extra move or action. Could be a game-changer...

Also working on Painflail quest, which will smoosh all this into a Solitary Defilement compatible, small footprint dungeon-crawling system!
