-Removed unnecessary info from tooltips IE Str requirement from Int spells
-Added required wepon category to tooltips
-Tooltips will show dmg/heal as "0 - 0" if the requirements to use the skill are not met
-Weapon Levels will now give +1 to the stat used for that weapon. IE 1 Sword lvl is +1 Str
-Heal is now +20% stronger per level
-Buffed Jynx damage
-from 100%
-to 200%
-Buffed "Staff: Long Stick" damage

-to 5
