Post-Launch Patch #1

Small patch with minor updates. 

• Increased the speed that dialogue displays to screen, and added missing punctuation to most dialogue.
• Added a border to the HUD icons.
• Made the down arrow sign permanently display after passing the underground jump 4 times. 
• Fixed an issue where Rich Guy dialogue would play after collecting the ladder.
