V2.0 Updates

V2.0 Bug Fixes & QOL Updates:

• Added Options Menu. You can now determine what graphical quality and framerate you'd like to play at! Fullscreen vs. Windowed still doesn't work, though.
• Added Controls option so you can check what buttons do what at any point by hitting ESC.
