Total UI fix incoming!

Here are list of changes:

• Shift Alt Canvas alignment!!!
• Double click the gameobject to focus on that so you can rect those UI elements
• Attempted Joystick using Unity's Joystick assignment which is succ! Probably has to reenable Resolution dialog for that which is unaesthethic and unprofessional.
• Navigateable UI menu!!!
