NEW WEAPONS!!! 🥳
Howdy,
I’m happy to announce that new 2 weapons have been added to the game! They’re available right from the beginning. Have fun! (∩`-´)⊃━☆゚.*・。゚
Other changes:
- Added animation when an enemy is destroyed
- You can now spend energy orbs on a stat quicker when holding the button pressed down for a few seconds
- Cooldown bonus is limited to -90%. The game becomes ridiculously unplayable beyond that level 😅
- Platforms are slightly shifted to the right so now you can fall next to the left border. Not sure yet if that’s a good thing 😄
- Now you can pause the game with the ESC key or SELECT button on the controller 💪 pausing the game for too long is kinda buggy (might cause not enough enemies being spawned to summon the keeper thus breaking the run)
- The web build has been removed. At least for now. I don’t pay much attention to the performance at this point and web builds are slower than native ones :(
Plans for the next improvements:
- Add a menu when the game is paused. Allow leaving the run keeping all orbs collected.
- Add support for the controller in the UI
- Improve pause implementation
