Changelog:
- Fixed there being 2 tiles outside the level boundary.
- Restored door cooldown to a reasonable value lol oops.
- Fixed doors with negative i-copies straight up not working !! (they pretended they had +i copies)
- Fixed doors not opening in the unfocused dimension if they had copies in the focused dimension but couldn't be opened in it (so a door that takes 1 key, with 1+i copies, should open the i-copy if you have 0+1i keys of that color, even if you're not on i-view)
- Fixed doors not updating their dimensional graphics properly when being opened or copied until you changed i-view twice (eventually I'll overhaul door rendering to make it more efficient though, so stuff like this may end up buggy again)
