Bug fixes and updates

bug fixes:

• Fixed  8-bit variable := 16-bit shr <value>. It lost precision before, but now it works.

Updates:

• Renamed, and altered BBC bitmap plotting example to match the fix. 
• There are now 3 BBC examples.
• Moved examples to separate a download; extract them into the Pas6502 folder so there is an examples folder there.
