LoL 1.0.1: 118 beings from Tuxemon; new resolution options

Changes in 1.0.1:

Added 118 beings from the Tuxemon project so there are now 202 different being species in the game in total. Tuxemon is another RPG project, not focused on languages as LoL, but where a community has done a lot of work on fantasy beings: https://wiki.tuxemon.org/
GUI changes to support different resolutions. Added resolution options from 1024x512 to the old default 1792x896.
New being database GUI. There is now also info on the origin of beings and graphics credits.
Added a new quest (in both demo and full version).
Made it easier to observe beings to discover their stats.
Added an in-game button to exit the game from the main menu screen.
Verified a small number of new Serbian, Croatian, Russian, Vietnamese and German translations (Thanks to Tadeychy and VoidInstructions).
