Platform Change and major update

Hi guys

So this update brings a platform change to the game, from Web Player, to Windows Download. It also features a large amount of updates across pretty much the entire game, from effects, to audio, to graphics, and so on.

The goal for the release is to get feedback into if the main loop of the game is fun, and exciting. With the final goal as to if this should be a developed into a full game, or left at the prototype phase.
