VoiceChess version 0.1.1

This version of Voice Chess marks an important milestone in it's development: finally one can play a game of chess using this application. Currently it only outputs position after each move in console window with basic ANSI chess board, but almost all chess rules are implemented (except for 3 fold repetition resulting in a draw).
