※New※ attack and NPC path finding, Balls of the Duck V19

I added a new attack to the wizard that deals 1/4 of you damage and heal some mana. The NPC's path finding is made better so it'll stop when your in it's way and it'll fallow the path .I also change the UI for hp in battle again.
