2nd update: Accessories and Tool

The second update features some important addittions to the Portrait Generator, along with a custom made tool to ease the work

- Added all the compatible Accessories and Eye Colours from the Character Generator of Modern Interiors to the Portrait Generator
- 15 different accessories + recolors, for a total of 85 options
- Added a custom made Tool commissioned to LegendarySwordsman2
