Hello! (French follows)
as the text is limited to initial instructions on this game, I added an English version of the game, with English instructions. Compared to the previous build, there's now only one ROM working for both NTSC and PAL systems.

comme le texte du jeu est limité aux instructions initiales, j'ai ajouté une version anglaise du jeu, avec les instructions en anglais. Comparé à la version précédente (0.9), il y a maintenant une seule ROM, qui devrait fonctionner sur systèmes PAL et NTSC.
