First, I signed up for Storytelling Collective's April Daily Poem 2023 course, but wasn't feeling particularly motivated early in the month, so I didn't start until late. But once I did start, I found I had a few ones that I liked, but I had missed the deadline to submit it to their anthology. Figured oh well, maybe I'll polish them up and do something else with them.
And then I noticed that the new Bitsy jam had just started that same day I wrote the poems. And wouldn't you know it, the prompt for Bitsy Jam 72 happened to perfectly fit with one of the poem prompts.
Thus this game was born.
