Tsunoda has a one-of-a-kind power: harnessing electricity. After being struck by lightning while skydiving in Kawajima, Tsunoda absorbed a colossal amount of energy. Now, he uses that energy to dispatch his foes with lightning speed. Some might call it shockingly fast.
