This update is one of the last free versions, although I've changed the plan a bit.
I entered Tacti-Cat into SAGE 2023 and if it gets accepted then I plan to have the build for that be the last free version.
Now time for some changelogs!
-Adjusted enemy fire rate and look speed
-Slightly sped up player
-Made adjustments to levels 1-3 and 1-4
-Added level 2-1
-Added Tactical Tuna in 2-1
-Added new enemy type in 2-1 (literally just a bigger wizard lmao)
-Added springs in 2-1
