With the first level, there are some extra environmental details, for example, lamp posts, washing and windmills. I hope this makes the level feel more alive when watching the intro sequence.
I've been spending much of the last few days learning about shaders, and you can see the results in the latest release. The leaves in the trees now have a subtle sway, as does the longer grass. Even the washing moves with the wind.
Although I did find an issue with Godot Headless and shaders that caused all my trees to turn white. This issue on GitHub describes the issue way better than I can.
I'm now trying to focus on getting the game's first release done next week (Friday is my deadline). So up next is music and the verses more.
Versus will be very similar to my sheep herding game, "Sheep Game", and I'm hoping the versus mode will be what you all enjoy playing the most.
