v0_6_3_0 Patch Notes:

-Settlers should now have children at a disgusting rate.

-Settlers will no longer drown in water unless there is absolutely no escape.

-Added the Farm. Farmers will try to auto harvest and plant crops that are inside the farm designation.

-Children will no longer stop aging after the changing of a season.

-Fixed an issue where no settler would be selected when first opening the room assignment window.

-Added some new recipes for the Kitchen.

-Added a Camp Fire room. Basic meals can be cooked here.

-Settlers will no longer try to cut invisible plants after the changing of a season.
