Hey Party Panic! fans,
Chris here!
I'm back with another devlog to update you on my progress! This time, I've embarked on a new journey: creating a 4-player version of the classic snake arcade game. Let's dive into the development process and the challenges I've faced so far.
4-Player Snake Minigame
In this new minigame, four players will battle it out to survive the longest as their snakes grow and the screen fills up with danger. It's been a challenging process, and I've hit several obstacles along the way.
I still have a lot to do, such as implementing collisions and determining the winner, but I believe the hardest part is behind me. Writing the AI controls will be another challenge, but I'm confident I can make it work.
QuadraPaddle Success
I'm thrilled to report that the QuadraPaddle minigame has turned out great, and I'm very happy with the results. I can't wait for you to experience the fast-paced, competitive action it brings to Party Panic!
Wrapping Up
My latest devlog showcases the challenges and triumphs of developing a new snake minigame and the successful completion of QuadraPaddle. As always, I appreciate your support and enthusiasm for Party Panic! Stay tuned for more updates and insights into my game development journey.
Until next time, keep the party going!
